3. Permitted Use
You may use UPIQR.online to:
- Generate UPI QR codes for a UPI ID that you own or are authorised to use
- Download, print, and share QR codes for receiving lawful UPI payments
- Embed QR codes in invoices, business materials, or websites for payment purposes
- Install the app on your device for personal use
4. Prohibited Use
You must not use this service to:
- Generate QR codes for UPI IDs you do not own or are not authorised to represent
- Commit financial fraud, phishing, identity theft, or any other illegal act
- Create QR codes intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead payees
- Automate requests in a way that disrupts or overloads our servers
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our website code or content without permission
- Violate any applicable Indian or international laws or regulations
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
UPIQR.online is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available
- QR codes generated will be accepted by all UPI applications at all times
- The service will meet your specific requirements
Always verify your UPI ID and QR code before distributing or printing it.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UPIQR.online and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, failed transactions, or damages arising from incorrect QR codes — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Intellectual Property
The UPIQR.online brand name, logo, design, and website content are the intellectual property of UPIQR.online. The QR code images you generate belong to you. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our website design or content without prior written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website uses Google AdSense for advertising and may use Google Analytics for traffic analysis. Your use of this website is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services linked from or embedded within our website.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue UPIQR.online (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications.
10. Changes to Terms
